Neil Armstrong couldn’t have even dreamed of making it all the way to the moon without the support of his team along the way. Now, I'm not planning on flying through the stars anytime soon, but, just like Armstrong, I wouldn't be where I am today without all of you—my team. Yep, you read that right, you’re my mission control.

Your unwavering support, whether big or small, creates a space for me to do what I love (and I hope you guys are loving it too!). Thank you for getting me to my moon.

Ok, now on to the dreaded F-word...fitness.

Working-out has always been an amazing outlet for me. As a stay-at-home mom, being able to get out of the house and move my body gives me the energy to feel happy, healthy, and whole. It has been a great way for me to meet new friends and learn a little bit more about myself: I love hiking, biking, cardio gym classes, long walks, and, of course, leggings!

Whether its for a relaxing yoga session, a sweaty run, or just relaxing at home, leggings are a fashion staple. Whether you choose to rock a bold color or an eye-catching pattern, there are so many ways to mix-and-match this piece. I know Lululemon and Nike are known for their great quality leggings, but the prices tend to run a little steep for me. Thankfully for me (and my wallet), I've found an affordable dupe on Amazon that looks and feels identical!

Besides the fashion must-haves, building up a versatile home collection of bands, weights, and mats for your own mini gym is helpful on your fitness journey. These accessories aren't necessary, but they are great to keep you motivated and super cute!

Next, I've found that a fitness tracker is a great way to hold myself accountable, meet my exercising goals, and track my success. Over the past few years, I've used a variety of watches and bands that are all amazing for the different ways to see your progress. My first work-out band was the Fitbit, which is fantastic if your looking to focus on tracking your steps and be apart of a fitness community. As I started to get more invested in this journey, I fell in love with the Polar heart strap and the Garmin, which are perfect if you are interested in getting more information on heart rate and fat burn than what a lifestyle tracker would provide. (They also have a super long battery life!) Most recently, I got the Apple Watch, which has been a great combination between all of these other trackers. You can connect your heart strap to it through bluetooth, track your work-outs and steps, and even connect and compete with friends through fitness challenges! Beyond exercising, the Apple Watch is also great for texting, calendar alerts, and weather updates, so it is basically a phone and fitness band all in one. I prefer the larger size screen, so right now I have the 44mm watch, and I love it!

Lastly, a good pair of sneakers is a necessity for working-out. I live for a cute and trendy sneaker, but it's also important that it can support your lifestyle and work-out routine! Here are some of my favorite work-out shoes that are equally comfortable, durable, and fashionable.
